About Me

I have a family with four children and stay in Nakuru. I trained in commuty work and ave been working with community based organisations and NGOs to support persons with need in our community. My last assignemnt was in dadaab refugee camp and due to funding i came back to nakuru. Am actively involved in church activities and am the community leader in our village. When i started the printing press,my objective was to be able to raise money to mmet my needs and the needs of my family. I have invested in offset printing machine known as the gestetner, gillotin for cutting and an ectronic perforator for doing perforations. I get my business from walk in clients and also from neighbouring schools, businesses among others

My Business

I started a Printing press within Nakuru town where I carry out the printing of various office stationery. I also supply books and stationery in schools around and my income is estimated to be around USD 500 per month. When i stareted the business i geared towards making a big difference in the printing industry. As I said earlier i invested in the offset printing machine, the Gestetner, cutting machine known as the Gillotin and a perforation machine.
I get my business mainly from walk in clients, schools around and neighbouring businesses within my location. I am planning to start stationery stock and supply to colleges within my neighbourhood, schools and other educational institutions around

Loan Proposal

Once I get this amount, I will buy papers for my printing works. At the moment, i have frequent Orders to supply books to a bakery in my neighbourhood and this will go a long way to help purchase the papers to do the work. Also we have printing works that involve three copy books i.e triplicate books and a variety of papers is required. Since most paper sellers sell in bulk, then when i get this funds i should be able to get materials at wholesale prices to ensure better profit margins. Also, i will have to buy some organic printing inks which are very essential in printing business
