My name is Ubey Mawena Nkonu, I am an entrepreneur. I am 28 years old and a graduate of Real Estate Management. I live in Teshie a suburb of Accra. I am happily married to a handsome man and I am pregnant with our first child. It been a life changing and emotional experience and we are very happy for the blessing . My Business
I started my food vending business selling deliciously made minced pies, chicken pie, sausage rolls, cupcakes and spring rolls from home here in Ghana. I was baking these and placing them at a pub owned by a friend, I belive with my own stall I can add other pastries such as cakes, pizza and burgers, smoothies,and drinks. I wiull additional equipment.
The compliments and petronage I’m receiving is a testatement of the qualitity of my pastries and their affordability.
I have been able to pruchase a potato chippers, and made a depoist for my showcase construction I still neeed other equipments such as a food warmer, food processor, baking trays, a grill, a dough mixer, a pastry crimping wheel, a fridge and a showcase.
I believe this next loanwill assist me to acquire these equipments as well as my goal to become the Ghanaian version of McDonalds with time and effort on my part.
Loan Proposal
I will be buying a refrigerator to cool my drinks and store ingredients use in making my pasteries. Serving cold drinks to customers will boost my sales, and my vegetables, meats and fish will be kept fresh when refridgerated. The cost price of refriegerator GHS 75. It will also enable me increase my production thereby increasing sales profit.
