I am Irungu Simon 24 yrs of Age a Bachelor of Business and Information Graduate year 2012.
Graduated from JKUAT
I am a blogger cum writer,graphic designer , computer technician and also do online freelancing

I live in Githurai 45 its in Thika County but More Closer to Nairobi
.I am self employed I have since moved to at the heart of Nairobi Town-the Central Business District better known us CBD.
We have setup a cyber business with a friend of which we plan to do the same i.e sell movies ,offer IT support for businesses around there and individuals .We like it there since it is more convenient to meet with far away clients .We are planning to do everything at our disposal to survive .

My Business

Individually
On line I make 5,000 to 15,000 a month

Other Sources of Income from Our Offline Works amount to a minimum of 5,000 Ksh and upto 10,000 Ksh or more.

Thats a source of my income individually.My friends also has other sources of income from his existing ventures Which he makes more than 20 K a month.

The rent for the place is 14,000 Ksh. Internet Expenses are 4,000 Ksh and approx 2,000 Ksh So total expenses are approx 20K-22 K per month


Other Miscellaneous costs that come with doing all this business include repairing of computer accessories such as buying
mouses,cables, bulbs and repairing machines which fall from 500 to 5,000 Ksh a month

So on a bad month I can make make a profit of 10,000

On a Good Month I can make a profit of 20,000 Plus.

Loan Proposal

We plan to do wholesale and retail of movies within our cyber. I have experience of selling movies from my earlier location .

We are in need of a DVD duplicator which costs 10 ,000 Ksh .We will add the remaining amount .The other money that we will have collected from our business we will use it to buy more stock of movies ,external storage devices and other related movie accessories.

We have seen and studied from other movie businesses around town that you cannot make less than ksh 500 even on bad day. 2 customers are enough to give you that money as each movie retails at ksh 50 which is affordable to many young adults .You can get like 2 customers only giving you that ksh 500 buying each 5 movies .
You can make more than ksh 2000 per day on good day.

I am sure this time I will pay the loan maintaining the 95 % repayment rate.I will also be in a position to pass this experience as I invite other members and tell them to be serious and trustworthy in repaying the loan
