About Me

I am Grace Muigai. Teacher by profession.i have great interest in rearing chicken. Chicken provide eggs for home use and for sales. With around 1000 chicken, one can be able to be sustained very well by rearing chicken.

My Business

I have been in the process of acquiring chicken and so far I have 50 surviving chicks. Last week we experienced extremely cold temperatures coupled with constant power outrages. Hence I lost many of them. However, I have incorporated other sources of energy to avoid such losses in future.
With the new loan, I will add more chicks as I continue to improve their cages.

Loan Proposal

I will buy a sprinkler to help me water the garden. I will also buy some insecticides to spray the plants. The plants have been having a challenge of rust and leaf spots.
I will pay the farm worker too with the remaining amount.

Income Source

I will sell part of the produce to help me pay up the loan. Being a government salaried worker, if the worst comes fo the worst, I will use my salary to pay the loan.
