About Me

I am married with one child and I am currently residing in Nairobi. I am an Accountant by profession and currently working at Fountain junior academy as an accountant.

I am planning to start a motor vehicle spare parts business, I have scanned the area I want to open the business and I am very optimistic that my business will thrive.

I will repay my loan from my employment income until my business starts to generate some profit. Seen my accounting background I am planning to apply the best practices of doing business and bookkeeping. I hope the Zidisha lenders will help me raise the money I need to start my own business.

My Business

I am planning to open a business in selling motor vehicle spare parts. This type of business appears to be very lucrative, on average you can make margins of around 300% per product sold which will allow me to make some very good profit once the business takes off. I will repay my loan from my employment income until my business starts generating returns.

I will employ one salesman to assist with selling the products. My typical monthly expenses will be: rental expense, utility bills, salary and wages, telephone bills and marketing expenses. With my profits I will support my parents who are peasant farmers. In order to establish a strong foundation on how to recover this loan, I need a sufficient starting capital to purchase enough spare parts, especially those new to the market. This will comprise spare parts for motorbikes, vehicles but also phone accessories and watch spares. All this will yield enough profit which will enable me to repay my loan easily and quickly.

Loan Proposal

I will definitely buy those spare parts of motor vehicle,but since i have small capital,i will specialize in motorcycle spares since they can suit my start up capital that i have together with the loan that am borrowing today.I know the business will lucratively benefit me together with my family especially my wife who is so good in sales and marketing,I want to capture more customers who are not able to reach to those areas where they are sold cheaply,Being optimistic that my business will even create other avenues of getting the capital to expand and open other small branches and reach more customers who are ready to be serviced with our spares,i look forward to seeing my loan is fully funded to facilitate operation immediately .
