Loan Proposal

Dear lenders,
I would like to apply for a loan of $39.I am intending to buy sixty banana suckers for $30 and manure for $9. I want to utilize my farm well by adding more banana plants. Bananas are in great demand whether green or ripe. I will intercrop bananas with vegetables. Banana require less labor and attention. Once the banana start producing one banana will given me around $20 in a season and a banana plant can last for more than five years. So it will give me steady income each season for that period hence more income to cater for my needs and other expenses.

Ms Ndungu requested a variation to pay off the loan a little later as she needed some flexibility. Despite the request being approved, and giving her until June to pay the loan off, Wambui fully paid out the loan 22 February. That is, well before the original deadline, and more than three months earlier than the extended term!

A very positive experience for us as lenders, and hopefully also for Wambui! Well done!
