My name is Vincent Letesh Salau .Born in the Olooloikoshi village in Kitengela and went to school in Enkasiti primary school though my family was going through thick and thin to raise us as we were 4children and my father was just a nomadic pastoralists and hence sometimes concentrated on the cattle and found little time to attend to us. I got lucky and passed in my primary examination and got a schorlaship from compassion international and proceeded to Kabaa high school where I got my education without much hardships and thus after secondary education I enrolled in the university of Nairobi and now another burden came over my parents as they had to provide for my education . I thought of a small thing to help myself raise something. Thus I the estate I live I started a small grocery and started selling some vegetables and fruits the capital was given to me by my parents
I operate a small grocery placed in some stalls where I sell vegetables and fruits in small scale. I got this idea from a friend and it's now picking up since in the estate I live in there a lot of students thus there is demand. My parents gave me the capital to start my business and I must suggest that it has helped me raise something to boost my parents. I get an average of Ksh 3000 per week
I'll use the loan to expand my grocery .That is by buying a refrigerator so that my vegetables and fruits can always be fresh and can stay for a long time
