About Me

Am Samson Okoth I was born in 1979 in family of five am the fourth born , went to Rapogi primary school between 1985 to 1993 where I sat for my KCPE certificate later joined Orero boys high school in 1994 to 1995 where I dropped in form one because my mother could not afford to pay school fee since my father Started ailing and later passed away in 1996.later started fishing for people in their boats and made some saving which I built my own boat in 2002.people around here are mostly fishermen and I like watching football and movies. Am married and we have three boys and a girl. My boys want to be a doctor, lawyer and pilot respectively and my daughter want to be a nurse.

My Business

My business deals with fishing I started it with my savings where I built my own boat, and am planning to buy some fishing gear because the ones am using are worn out and it’s also about to rain and during rainy season the catch increases. Am getting between 10 to 20 dollars a week and am hoping that when I get that loan my profit will increase to at least 30 dollars which part of it I will use to pay for my sons school fee that is yet to join secondary school.

Loan Proposal

Am planning to buy fishing gears that will cost me around 90 dollars and 10 dollars for people making them. My profit will increase to around 30 dollars which am planning to pay for my son’s fee who is yet to join secondary school.
