Hallo,
I was born in 1996, in Marani District, Kisii county, being forth born in a family of four. I finished my O-levels in 2015 and joined university of Nairobi in 2016, where I am continuing with my studies, during my free time, I do some small business of selling office stationery, this assists me in paying school fees and time buy basic needs.
Since my parents cannot fully afford my college fees, this help me continue with my education without dropping out as such. I used to help one of my friend in his shop, this made me to also have morale and started my business.
I heard about the organization from a friend who advised me to join because it has changed people's lives so much

My Business

I sell stationary, like printing papers, files, binding materials special papers, pens, and am planing to expand on what I am currently selling when I get capital. Stionary is on demand any time of the season because they can be used in offices and school or any institution providing services. Stationeries is very rear to expire, and when kept well it does not have hard work to keep it. so long as water does not come into contact with it.
though the business is still very small I dont come out at the end of the day empty hand atleast I make KES 200 per day. I am planning to open my own shop which can be seen by everyone, and start providing other services like printing and photocopying.

Loan Proposal

I will use the total amount of loan given to add stock to my shop. With time I hope my shop will have everything that my customers needs. I will use $ 85 to purchase one carton of A4 photo papers, instead of buying in pcs, in return I will get a profit of $ 5. This is much better than buying in pieces which I could get a profit of $ 2. Next time I will be able to purchase another product in wholesale price also.
