I am called Rose Wanjiku.I am 25 years of age.I am from Magumu village,Kipipiri constituency,Central part of Kenya,East-Africa.I am a hardworking and a business oriented lady and a mother of one boy called Jeremy who is two years old.I got married immediately after my O level education and my husband is called Charles Muriithi.he is a God fearing man and also a small scale business man in Ol-Kalou Center in transportation industry in P.S.V matatu as driver.
During the day i do work in my small kiosk and i sell all general items to my customers who most of them are the residents of my village.Thank you

My Business

My name is Rose Wanjiku.I operate a small kiosk here in my Magumu village,Kipipiri,Kenya.I have been in operation in my business for the last one year and nine months.In my kiosk i sell all types of green vegetables(Kales,spinach & cabbages),bread,sugar,cakes,300 ml sodas,royco,50gms salts,mandazis,packet milk,tea-leaves,among other items.
I started operating with a capital of 500 dollars,which included goods plus building the wooden structure of my kiosk.The business holds brighter future and as the reason,I am requesting for a financial boost to add more bulk goods in my kiosk.In my area there is no much competition,since the shops in my village are few and scattered like after every 200 meters away each other,hence giving me a good position in retaining my customers and also bringing to them the necessary goods they are asking for to my kiosk.By this i will be reducing the long walk they have been walking in search of the same goods that i will be buying and also i will sell them at a discounted rates.
Through your kind and generous support,i will be able to stock the goods that are in high demand,hence tapping more revenues and also reducing the cost of the goods since i will be buying them in large quantities from the local distributor in town.Thank you and God bless Zidisha.Long live Zidisha.Thank you

(4)1 crate(24) 300mls assorted sodas costing at:460.equivalent to 5 USD.
(5)24pieces 1 ltr plastic sodas costing at:1220.equivalent to 13.50 USD.
(6)2 dozens 100gms ketepa tea-leaves costing at:1584.equivalent to 17.40 USD.
(7)18 pieces corn flour costing at:1782.equivalent to 19.50 USD.
(8)12 pieces wheat flour costing at:1416.equivalent to 15.50 USD.
