Growing up in abject poverty made me resolve to seek for financial freedom. I had to repeat class eight because my father could not afford to have the three of us in high school at the same time. Because of poverty, my mother almost died from malaria because my father could not afford to take her to hospital until a neighbor came to our rescue by taking my mother to hospital in a Volkswagen beetle.
I have been involved in supplying stationery to schools on commission basis. i also hire out a generator to events where the venues are not connected to mains electricity. Looking forward to having a complete set of public address system so that I am a one stop shop for events management. I bought an old generator from a pawn shop on low payments and I have been hiring it out. I also offer transport to the venues. I began by looking at the need of people who are not connected to mains power.
I will use the money to buy an amplifier for my business so that I hire it out with the generator to increase my income.
In future I will add microphones and a mixer so that I am a one stop shop for public address equipment.
