About Me

I am 39 yrs old Teacher and Farmer at my home in Kobare. I love to invest in education and agriculture because they are the pillars to to economic empowerment. I started farming as a young man and since then I have never looked back. Currently, I teach at Uyoma-Kobare primary school in Siaya County. My farm is still small scale as it also serves subsistence use. However, i plan to expand it for greater income. I also plan to create jobs for the youth from it. Thanks in Advance.

My Business

My present farm comprise of horticultural produce like vegetables and tomatoes. I plan to expand it to cover onions so as to introduce me to new market segments. I also want to improve my income so that the produce may provide a base for expansion. I therefore seek Zidisha loan to enable me expand my business and oversee big changes as i realize my dreams in farming. I also hope to create great employment opportunities for people around the village from the farm. Thanks in Advance.

Loan Proposal

I want to expand my farm to include onions. This will increase my income from farming. I also hope to introduce drought resistant crops at a later stage. Given the Loan, I'll use it to buy onion seeds for my small farm with a view to improve it at every opportunity, thanks.
