About Me

Am a firstborn of 4 boys and 1 girl. My dad passed when I was 14 years old. My high school education was not all yhat easy as I was always at home due to lack of fees. After my high school I secured a job with a NGO called Millennium Villages Project in 2005 as a field assistant. From the salary I managed to educate my younger siblings. I also saved enough money which I used to join college in 2007-2009. I came out with diploma in management. I participated in 2009 Kenya Demographic Survey - Cencus as a assistant supervisor. The money earned from this activity is what acted as my capita for my business in 2010. I started an entertainment business where I show football matches and videos. I have a public address system for hire. I am married and have two boys and a girl. My firstborn is 10 years old and he would wish to be a teacher. My second borns are twins and are 7 years old. They still dont have a clear picture of what they want to be in future. During My free time I like participating in community voluntary work

My Business

My business involves showing football matches especially European matches where I charge 40KES per person per match. This is especially on weekends
Weekdays I show movies which I charge 20KES per head per movie. I also higher public address system to community functions or public functions. I charge 5000KES per day. The business is growing and there is a need to buy tents and chairs for higher. Profits gained from the business is directed towards my children school fees, my younger brother and sister college fee. With the opening of a campus in my area I seethe need of diversifying to agrobusiness as the students in this area need foods but there Is low supply

Loan Proposal

Am going to buy plastic chairs for hire. One plastic chair costs 550KES . One chair will be hired for 10KES for one day. Most public functions in this area like weddings , Funerals , Community meetings are always held over weekend starting from Friday. So from 100 seats am expecting to get 3000KES at the end of every weekend. This totals to 12000KES per month. The money got out of the business will be saved coz am planning to buy a tent coz planning to venture into event organizer as a business. In the near futere am planning to buy a truck for easy transportation of the public address system, chairs and tents
