My name is Beth Wangui wambugu born in Nakuru town place called kiamunyi. I was born with four other siblings. I started schooling in 1993 in lenana primary school and later join kiamunyi secondary school the first year in high I fell sick and I was taken to hospital and I had an operation where they removed my appendix and later went to college in 2011 in nakuru town where i had complications in my stomach which I was taken for another operation, but since then my stomach has never healed well, I was diagnosed with a disease that my large intestine is blocked somewhere and I do have a lot of vomiting and sometimes diarrhoea and several headache, which is a challenge for me because some of days I don't go to work.I love travelling, swimming and meeting new friends.
My farming business is in mang'u nakuru, I do offer cleaning services in mang'u nakuru area, I have been doing farming business for the past two years. Cabbage is one of the most popular vegetables in Kenya, the total cost of farming cabbages in one and half piece of acre is $1000, the profit is $800 which I reinvest my profit and part of the profit i help my siblings with school fees.
Dear lenders am humble requesting for a loan to be able to hire land that i will plant cabbages to improve my family life 20% hiring land, 5% I will use in the land preparation, 20% in buying high quality seedlings for the best produce, because cabbages need water for their growth I will use 12% in buying water, because it's one acre it will need assistance I will hire workers in helping in the land and will cost 10% I need farm inputs which i use 5% of the amount, 10% will be used in buying fertiliser and pesticides for disease control and the rest 15% of the money will be set aside incase of any emergency.
