About Me

I was brought up in Kuresoi, Nakuru County. I attaended school at Kenjocketty Primary School where I completed and joined Temoyetta Secondary School. After post election violence in 2007, I transferred to Elburgon Secondary School. I am now living in Nairobi where am doing small businesses. I am also taking some courses within the local colleges so as to better my future.

My Business

I am currently doing a car wash business. Although it is upcoming, I am earning enough for sustenance. I now want to expand the business by repairing a machine that I acquired a from my brother. I hope to be earning 1000 per day in 6 months. I will use the money from to expand the car wash business and also starting a barber shop within Uthiru. This will help me in expanding my earnings and also attain sustainable business environment.

Loan Proposal

I thank the Zidisha Team for the loan award where I was able to repair my car wash machine. The business is now running well. However, I am short of money to procure a water tank that is meant to store water for future use. I have found a 5000 liters water tank that goes for KES 5499 at one of the retail shops in Nairobi. If this one is acquired, the business reduce the cost of buying water each and every day.
5000 liters of water can wash about 150 cars. This is a dream that I have to achieve in the near future. At the moment, I am washing about 25 vehicles in a day, therefore this will be enough to wash cars in a week.
