About Me

My name is Francis Muteru from mombasa in Kenya. Am married with two children.

I was born and grew up in Laikipia county with 5 others siblings. I went for my primary school education in Pcea Subukia Academy, Secondary Nakuru High School and then College education in Kenya Institute of highways and building in Nairobi.

My childhood was very interesting because i got my self in very enterprising activities where i would rear bee then harvest and sell in the local market. i would also till my mothers land and plant potatoes and later harvest handsomely.

Am enthusiastic about growing our economy through offering jobs to other Kenyans. I also like visiting orphanages whenever I have spares time and share with the small children.

My Business

Am in Air conditioning and Refrigeration business since year 2014 which we operate with my wife. Being based in a coastal town the environmental temperatures are normally high in most of the time in a year and therefore create high demand for Air conditioning units and Refrigerators. We mainly sell the spares for the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and We are looking forward to raising more capital in the future to expand the business by stocking residential and commercial Air conditioning equipment and domestic and commercial Refrigeration equipment .

In a month we have overheads of rent electricity and water bills food, clothing and travelling. The money we make as profit we reinvest into the business while the other we pay our bills which also includes school fees.
We make between 15% to 30% profit on cost of our products.

Loan Proposal

I intend to buy a cart to inorder to efficiently distribute the milk to the various retail shops, homes, schools and EPZ companies.

The cart will help in ferrying more milk compared to bicycles that the riders are forced to make many trips to cover an area.

The carts will go a long way in helping in delivery of feeds to the farm when i purchase the land to rear cows, goats and chicken.
