ever since i was akid i have learnt to always workhard in everything i do...that memorable moment when my grandmother was always keen to reward the hard work as little as it was..even if its to be sent to the shop ..she always made sure she gave out something...from that i have always learnt in life its all about working hard and having a vision and not giving up first...all that is needed is to exploit that inside power and imaginable things will turn real...

My Business

i have been to the business for an year now...service provided outside catering..(functions e.g wedding,birthday parties)its aslow moving business that requires one to have enough equipments..in terms of food production and service....however once well marketed the performance increases with time ..challenges of income goes hand in hand with service and equipments available..with my diploma in hotel management i will be able to utilise my knowledge well for abetter future...the following is the projected cost for the needed items,food warmers at cost of100$ ... and more plates to cover for more guest 50$ ..total cost of 150$...with these i will save 30% of my profit which was used to hire...in agood day catering for 100 people menu the profit margin goes to around 10,000ksh(100$) however the business is occasional like in a month you might get 3- 4 jobs depending on the month..with these am sure the market will increase as well...

Loan Proposal

Through the funds raised i will be able to add some of minor equipments which are essential and could otherwise be hired these include .spoons,,and good stardard plates for the services...however in future am looking forward to add on food warmers for efficient and attractive presentation during service....i look forward to earn these opportunity and expand my vision....thank you in advance
