About Me

I have been brought up by good parents but a hard life. I worked hard in school to improve poverty. I ended up getting employed immediately after finishing high school as a shopkeeper. I went ahead to learn computer skills which I use currently. I used to work small casual jobs(cultivating crops for neighbors who had money) at the age of 10years. As I was working as a shopkeeper I gained accounting skills and customer relations since my boss was so strict. I raised enough money by 2015 and was able to start a small business in the same town. Since then, I attracted attention to customers. My husband supports me too, whom we have a girl joining kindergarten soon this month.

My Business

I plan to add low investment goods in my retail shop.I have a strategy to fully stock my retail shop with all goods on demand. Notice, some of the basic commodities in Kenya their prices were increased suddenly. As a result, people have opted for cheaper food one of them being chapatis hence the baking floor and the cooking fats are in high demand. Hence I need to buy enough cooking oils and floor bundles to cater for the extra demand and leave the maize floor. Hotel guys have placed orders on my stock hence I sell too much of my food stuff to them and collect the money in the evening. I will also add cereals which is specifically maize and beans because of their increasing demand. Get ready to lend me your money and I promise to pay back more than your expectations.

Loan Proposal

Thank you my lenders for always supporting me.Its worthy to see a long time lender always coming back to help. I very soon intend to buy a piece of land. I hope you will support me in this when the time comes. Meanwhile I need support to buy the following goods for my retail shop in a highly busy area, in order to help me in saving some money which I get as profit so that I can reach the target of US$ 4000 which is the price of an acre of a piece of land in my home area. I have been recently married and my husband will help me also raising the capital.
I intend to introduce maize and beans as cereals in my stock because of high demand and also since is harvesting time and people sell their farm produce only to need it later.
The goods I intend to buy are as follows:

*Two 50 kilograms bags of sugar at US$ 120
*Four 50 kilograms bags of rice at US$ 80
*Beans 90kilograms at US$ 70
*Maize 90 kilograms at US$ 40
*Four dozens of Coca cola plastic bottles soda 500 ml at US$ 50 at US$ 12.5 per dozen.
*Four 20 litres Jerican of cooking oil at US$ 114.
*Ten crates of coca cola drinking sodas 300 ml at US$ 68 at US$ 6.8 per crate.
*Six dozens of pure drinking water 500ml bottles at US$ 16.8 at US$ 2.8 per dozen. This dozen has 24 pieces of plastic bottles.
*Two dozens of classic water named Dasani produced by Coca cola company at US$ 12.8 at US$ 6.4 per dozen
*Six bundles of government subsidized maize flour at US$ 66 at US$ 11 per bundle. A bundle has 12 two kilogram packets of maize flour.
*Local maize flour 25kgs at US$ 13 at US$ 0.52 per Kg.

My Profit AND Selling Price
*A kg of sugar is sold at US$ 1.8 hence 50 kilograms give me US$ 75. So two 50 Kilogram bags give US $ 150. Profit of US$ 30.
*A kg of rice is sold at US$0.8 hence 50 kilograms give me US$ 40. So four 50 kilograms bag give US$ 160. Profit is US$ 80.
*A kilogram of beans is sold at US$ 0.9 and hence a bag of 90kgs give me US$ 81. Profit of US$ 11
* A kilogram of maize is sold at US$ 0.5 and hence a 90kilogram bag give me US$ 45. Profit of US$ 5
* A dozen of coca cola plastic bottles soda 500ml selling price is US$ 16.8 and hence four give US$ 67.2 at a retail sale of US$ 0.7 per 500ml bottle.

*A litre of salad cooking oil cost US$ 1.8 hence four 20 litres gives me US$ 144. A profit of US$ 30
*A bottle of 500 ml drinking water cost US$ 0.25. A pack with 24 bottles give me US $ 6 hence six packs give me US$ 36. A profit of US$ 19.2
* A 500 ml plastic bottle of Dasani classic drinking water cost US$ 0.35 hence two dozen pack of 24 bottles gives me US$ 16.8. A profit of US$ 4
*A 2 kg packet of maize floor is sold at US$ 1.1 hence six bundles gives US$ 79.2. A profit of US$ 13.2.
* A kilogram of local maize flour is sold at US$ 0.6 hence 25kilograms give me US$ 15. A profit of US$ 2
Total expenditure is US$ 650.6
Total expected selling price is US$ 794.2
My total profit is US$ 144.2 .There can be slight changes of price and hence a small loss of profit made .I can sell the goods in two weeks and restock again. I expect a profit of at least US$ 500 before the time I finish repaying the loan back. I intend to hold the loan for a maximum of two and half months.
I will use my profit as savings to buy a piece of land where we can build a house with my family to live happily. We have always being renting a house for living at a higher cost because of lack of land. I will also use some of my profit to pay rent both living room and the retail shop and for child expenses.
Please lend me .
Thank you .
