About Me

I have been a customer since last year doing bussiness on my company name Chemquip Agencies which has now lasted for three years.I have a passion in Chemicals since from my school i liked the science subjects,that is chemistry, physics and biology lessons.and more over I was always leading in sciences being my favourite subjects in class,and latter anticipated to be a science teacher. before I got into bussiness I dreamt of being an industrial manger in companies where hemicals are produced.even though my dreams never lived to pass instead I ventured into my bussiness which I preffered doing chemicals mixing and supply . I started as a school lab technician where i assisted in laboratory management of chemicals,then latter I decided to open my bussiness in the same line where I do supply of laboratory chemicals and equipment, and it's like my main source of income.that cares for my needs and family. I operate in three counties in my country for the same bussiness and mainly my goods are consumed by the high schools and the local community around me whom i make detergent for houseshold effects, for ensuring a clean enviroment. I have a full management office, where I operate from where it's fully equipped with every kind of available chemicals, detergents, and equipments,I am a sole proprietorship whom have worked for over three years, and has gathered more and more skills and experiences towards both knowing my products well and manegerial tactics as a director. besides gaining knowledge in my field on the other side, I appreciate the profits gained in the bussiness that go a long way to enable me expand the bussiness and pay employees well.to meet their day to day needs. I currently operate three outlet in the major counties which enable my work easy as I do my selling and supply to my esteemed customers almost all over the country, currently I am seeking for more funds that would help in the expansion of the bussiness to enable open a fourth branch in one of the counties, and do marketing to more counties to enable sell widely and make awareness of mostly used and affordable house detergents for my consumers.i have eight staff members who do sales in the field and mostly promote the products that are not well known to our customers and how they are used, that's especially the household detergents used commonly and with everyone in the community. I have got an accounts clerck who ensures the financial matters of the company ran smoothly,and a general supervises in charge of all the sales department, that deals with the stock taking out in the field,I have over three hundred chemicals in my log and several equipments to be used, I have a soft discount on my product that I give to customers and a good after sale service to coustomers.
I oftenly hold trainings to new employees on better understanding of the chemicals used and annual trainings handled to make sure there is better understanding of chemicals. I also oftenly do exhibitions thrice a year as part of awareness during heads meetings and community awareness groups, during these kind of trainings I have always given back to the community by creating them with awareness that there are cheaper household detergents that can be used apart from the usual detergents got in our supermarkets and stores. I too give certificates to the trained individuals that leads to a better advantage to those willing to work in industries, and Agro chemicals outlets in the country. my training has always inspired many and I realize it's importance and it's input into the society, moreover it gives a wide knowledge to the school students,colleges who are undergoing lessons and lectures on science lessons and units,I love to work on chemicals since it gives a wide spectrum of day to day matters considering cleanliness.i have various challenges too with my bussiness in situation where you realize that same chemicals do expire before they are consumed by cistomers,some at times are so difficult to find others unless I do personal orders to India. The apparatus at times break down during transportation which mostly bring me down to few loses but I do understand the ups and downs experienced in bussiness. you may also find challenges with workers some too lazy to bear others do not embrace team work this bringing about work division and slowliness in decision making amongst workers, and luck of good communication, thus low profits experienced. In the resent times I have come to learn good and healthy management of staff and conflict resolutions of which am facing head on to make the bussiness move effectively.

My Business

my main source of income in my bussiness is loans from banks and money saved. Before I begun the bussiness, I was doing my savings of at least ten thousand per month that latter on enabled me to get two hundred thousand after a period of one and a half years.
I went and brought stock that eventually gave me a profit step times my capital that after all my expenditure, I had quiet a good amount to take me through to get new stock, I continually operated in that for about four months then I decided to look for lending bodies all over.
I went to bank and applied for a loan of one million which I later realized they couldn't give me me but settled to give me half of what I wanted but since I was badly in need of funds I had no option but to take it and start ordering for my stock.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan to order for laboratory chemicals from different manufacturers in readiness to supply to schools in readiness to do their end year exams, secondly I will use part of the loan to prepare the apparatus and equipment that are broken or needservices like a weighing scale
