About Me

My name is Clinton. I started a chicken business thanks to Zidisha and my lenders who helped me to fulfil my dreams after my contract had expired. over the past few weeks been able to supply chicken meet around my residential area, I am only remaining with 9 chicken which are not enough for next week because I sell at least 10 chicken per day in various places including hotels. the business is promising I can't complain. it's been able to sustain my needs and also to support my family.

My Business

My business is buying chicks and keep them until they are ready for meat. I buy one chick at a cost of KSH 80/- per chick then sell one at KSH 400/- when ready to eat. the start was not easy but I managed to make a profit of KSH 6000/- after deducting my capital and other cost of food and medical care for my chicken.

Loan Proposal

Currently I operate from a muddy house, I want to use the loan to purchase 1 bag of cement and saw dust so that I can be able to upgrade the facility to a better environment for my chicken. it's rain season here so if I don't prepare I will end up getting loses. thanks again and I hope to hear from you soon. regards.
