My names are Philip Osundwa , am a medical doctor and i also run a pharmacy at my local neighborhood, i was born and brought up in kwisero in Kakamega county,i went to school at Liondo primary school and later-on Kakamega school .I was raised by my aunt from the early years of my primary school since my father and mother passed on when i was still young, I faced rejection especially from my uncles and other relatives who labeled me as a child of bad luck . My aunt worked hard to fend for me as she didn't have any child of her own , she sold vegetables to help us survive,She paid my school fees until i competed my college at Moi university school of health .After seven years in college i finally graduated and was employed at a private hospital called wedo medical services, i opened my clinic a year later and i have been running it till date. .We value friendship a lot at my place. One of my child wants to be a doctor while the other one wants to be a neurosurgeon.i love reading books and watching movies.
I treat sicknesses ranging from malaria, typhoid and many other diseases. and i also offer outpatient services and maternity services. My business exists for the main purpose of giving medical attention to the sick and i also make a living from it.My main costs are the cost of my rent where my clinic and pharmacy are located and the cost of license yearly , i make a profit of ksh 30000 every month which i use to pay for my children's school fees and for two orphans secondary school education.
I will buy three dozens of children's malaria drugs with the loan, each dozen will cost me $30, three of them will cost, $90 and the remaining $10 . i will use to buy junior paracetamol, This will enable me meet the never ending demand for this drugs , which i give to my patient after treatment. My revenue will increase by 20%.
