About Me

My name is Nick Odhiambo, am a medical doctor by profession , and am a citizen of the republic of Kenya.I was born in Siaya among six brothers.I went to school in the rural parts of Siaya in primary school and later Maseno school for my high school, we were basically a peasant family and my parents we worked with my parents as farmhands in order to make a living. and to get money to see us through school . Life was very hard , affording a three square meal was only a luxury we could not afford. Coming from such a family and finding myself in med school was a great achievement to me and my family,after med school i was employed by the government at the Rongo level five hospital.I went on to establish a clinic in my neighborhood to help pregnant women who went on labor at night and other sick people The culture of widow inheritance is still rampant in this part of the world and is a practice we are still trying to overcome due to the fact that it leads to the spread of Hiv and Aids My son wants to be a doctor like me , apart from practicing medicine , i love reading books.

My Business

I basically provide medical services to people in my community.I treat people from all kinds of ailments that are within my power.Medical attention is necessary in any community.I practice medicine because i have studied it, my main costs are mainly the cost of rent for my clinic. I make around ksh 50000 every month from my services and i use the money to expand my facility.

Loan Proposal

I will use the money to buy cholera injection since there is an outbreak of the disease, and people are seeking for treatment at a high rate. The injection will cost me $100 and i will be able to treat about 50 people with it, This will make my people healthy, I expect my revenue to increase by 5%.
