About Me

I am a well known tailor at miti mingi, a father and a businessman. I live in miti mingi, kenya. I learned the business of tailoring long time ago and due to lack of formal employment i decided to buy a sewing machine so that i start my own business. my aim of starting a business was to meet my family's daily requirements such as school fees, food and any other support. i love watching movies and reading inspiring books during free time. from now zidisha will help me to improve my business so that i improve my business further. I am dreaming of opening a boutiques in future. zidisha will help me so much.

My Business

my business is tailoring and clothes repair and i make clothes for mean, women and children. I also convert bad and torn clothes into good ones as good as new. I make good profit per clothe but it depends on particular days. on a bad day i get about 400 but on a good day i get about 1300, so am confident that i will be able to repay the loan. I am very happy with my job because i completely know it. i and my wife have agreed on a zidisha loan which we believe will improve our lives greatly. thanks in advance to zidisha.

Loan Proposal

I wish to introduce some new materials for making new clothes. I wish to buy 10 rolls and each roll cost 12 US dollars. The ten rolls will cost me 120 Us Dollars.from the sales profit I believe I will improve my job in few years time to better.my profit will increase to around 300 us dollars in a good month

My business has improved greatly recently. At the same time, I previously had a sick child that I took to Mid Hill Hospital Nairobi over the month of April and May this year. Now I will be able to pay Kshs. 2000 each week. I thank the flexibility of zidisha loan, Zidisha team and lenders altogether.
