The applicant didn't pick my calls, so I called his references and I was able to reach one of his reference in the person of "Tunmise Bamisaye" who happens to be his mom, so after explaining to her why I was calling, she told me the applicant was sick all this while but that he is better now, that she will try and reach him and deliver my message to him.

I called the applicant but he didn't pick, he only sent me a text message that I should only send text message to him instead of calling, so I dropped a message for him, and he replied me okay, it seems he will start making payments sooner.
