About Me

I have grown up in a family that values education because of this I choose to pursue a course that will be relevant in the world as it leans towards a technological front. I joined Strathmore and began selling clothes through online marketing in groups and at times to friends. As I am in 4th year now, it has become a hustle between getting funds for the clothes and also balancing on projects.

Our land and culture especially in Kenya, emphases more on depending on your own skills and talent. Thus, many people have a side hustle even with their 8-5 Jobs. I also follow this path as it enables me to raise my fees.

My favourite past time hobby was art and crafts where I would design necklaces and bracelets out of thrown or spoilt items.

My Business

I deal with women's clothles mostly dresses and at times necklaces/bangles. These goods are in demand because they meet the current fashion trends and are also very affordable. Most of my dresses range from 500-800 at most, while necklace and braclets from 200 and 100 respectively.

I plan to use the profits to clear my last fourth year balance as I enter into the job market and also gain more free time to focus on selling of these items.

Loan Proposal

I will purchase a few tops as I have requested only 500.
I will also get some beads to make more necklaces and shop around for finished items to be able to sell.
