About Me

My story is a long one which may seem like a fiction to others, but that story is what has kept me moving all this while, and i believe that with your help i can write a better version of my story. I raised in a rural area by my foster parents. I am the firstborn among my three siblings. My parents traveled when i was 8 years old in seek of job to support my siblings and I, but met their tragic death in a car accident. It was very difficult in the beginning since my foster parents were also poor. I was enrolled in a public school, continued to the high school by scholarship. I did well in my final year exams, but due to financial problems I worked about 5 part-time jobs for two years before finally entering the University. One of my teachers(Mr. John Berko) always told me that in life what doesn't kill you, surely changes you. That and many more encouragements from people are what has kept me going all this while.

My Business

First of all, i render MTN mobile money services on campus in my school, and also sell recharge cards. i have been rendering these services for a year now. The major problem hindering my income is assistance in setting up a shop on campus. i have being gathering all the resources i have to rent a shop on campus but my resources are not enough. Currently, i move from room to room to render my services, but I am fully sure that if i can set up a fixed spot on campus, i can boost my income by a very great percentage. I am currently into contacts with a final year student willing to sell his metal shop on campus to me. Please, i sincerely need your help to buy it because he is giving it away at a very low price. Please. On faithful days i am able to make a profit of GHS150. Sometimes in a month i make about GHS1200 income. Now, I am sorely the breadwinner of my family, all my profit goes into taking care of my sibling or my academic needs.

Loan Proposal

I need the money to a buy a coffee grinding machine which costs $ 15.00. I intend to start a coffee shop on my campus which will earn me some incomes to cater for my stationary and other things i need for my academic life. This will also help students on campus benefit from the effect of a hot morning coffee before lectures.
I expect to make at least a 25% increase in my principal start amount.
