About Me

I am a single mother with one child. I come from a polygamous family of nine, of which I am the fourth girl. I was born and raised in Bobo-Dioulasso. Like other children, from the age of seven I went to primary school and earned my primary school certificate. I then went to secondary school where I had to stop at the third class (~ 14). Thanks to my dedication and determination, I was able to join the working world and start my business a dozen years ago. Currently I trade in pagnes (traditional wraps) and my goal is to grow my business, which I why I have come to Zidisha microfinance for a loan. Thank you.

My Business

Trading, like all other businesses, requires courage and above all determination. It must be recognized that my experience in this line of work gives me enormous advantages, to the extent that I have earned the loyalty of a number of important clients who frequent my shop regularly with the intent of buying one or two pagnes. Another advantage is my membership in the Balimaya Association, whose members are my biggest customers. Prices vary from one type of pagne to another. For example, "demi-bloc" pagnes cost me 5,750 FCFA each wholesale, and I resell them for a profit of 600 to 700 FCFA. I also sell Demi-Hollandais and damask pagnes. A courageous and determined woman, I need financial support to raise the level of my business. __ Experienced in this activity of sale of loincloth, it is a real pleasure for me to solicit from you, obtaining the sum of 264,445 USD for:__1 - Increase my capacity by already adding to my existing stock of new type of loincloth in the amount of about 600 USD. __2- Arrange the framework of the exhibition by replacing the previous one with a glass shelf whose estimated cost is approximately 75 USD. __3- Re-paint the room at 100 USD. __This is possible because I have my personal contribution of about $ 500 USD__ I must admit that my experience in this activity gives me tremendous assets since I have been able to retain a large number of my customers who frequent my shop regularly in order to pay a loincloth or two. A second asset is my membership in an Association called "Balimaya" whose members are my biggest clients. Prices differ from one loincloth to another. For example one does have the types of loincloth called half-block whose wholesale price comes to me to 11.36 dollars USD and I resell it while making a profit of 2 to 2.5 dollars USD. Je suis une mère célibataire avec un enfant, je suis issue d’une famille polygame de neuf personnes dont je suis la quatrième fille. Je suis née à Bobo Dioulasso, ville qui m’a vue grandir. Comme les enfants de mon âge dès sept ans j’ai connue la scolarité normale jusqu’à l’obtention de mon certificat d’étude du primaire, puis je me suis retrouver au secondaire ou je me suis limitée en classe de troisième. Grâce à mon dévouement et ma détermination j’ai pu m’insérer dans la vie active en mettant en place mon entreprise voila de cela une dizaine d’année. Je suis en ce moment commerçante de pagne et mon objectif est d’agrandir mon activité raison pour laquelle je viens vers micro finance Zidisha pour un prêt. Merci

Je suis vendeuse de pagnes et cela près de 15 ans. Mon atoût est mon experience , car j'ai pu nouée durant tout ce temps de bons rapport avec ma clientèle. ce commerce de pagnes dont je pratique est certes difficile mais très passionnant car c'est grâce a ce commerce que j'ai pu fait beaucoup de petites réalisations comme payé une moto qui me permet de déposer ma fille a l'école.
ce nouveau prêt va être très décisif dans le renforcement de ma capacité.
