About Me

I started school at Ridge Experimental and later changed to Good News Baptists where I completed my basic education. I started saving part of the money that was provided to me for transportation to school, to buy things that I needed and couldn't ask my mum since she didn't have much money. I started my bread business with the amount I had saved from my salary. Where I live, every body wishes to start something on their own, but the problem is the capital. I don't have children yet but when I marry and have kids I will teach them how to be good entrepreneurs. I have interest in basket ball.

My Business

My bread business is doing good in the market now. Now what I want to do is to complete a one bed room apartment that I have and rent it out. I have a dream to enter into Real Estate because the demand for single rooms and apartments are on the rise. The cost that I am currently incurring in the project are cost of cement, sand, water and labor. I am working as an accountant in a hotel so I will use part of my income to settle the loan weekly. The profits from this one bed room apartment will be reinvested in the bigger project that I will start after this one is completed.

Loan Proposal

I want to use this loan to buy building materials and pay for labor work. The items will include Sand, Cement, water and cost of labor.
Sand = $180.00
Cement =$139.00
Water = $150.00
Labor = $160.00
This will help me complete my project so that I can make it ready for rental. There are potential tenants that are ready to rent the place but because its not ready they have to go and search at a different location. This loan, if granted will help me and potential tenants.

    Hello Richmond Amankwaa how are you.
    I hope good.
    I'm writing to you, because of that you are a few weeks overdue loans.
    When can we expect the repayment.'
    Remember that due to the lack of repayments, other borrowers will have to wait for their allocation.

    My recent loan, helped me very well. Because the price of the materials have increased very much. If I had not met my lenders at that time, I would not have been able to continue my building project.

    Hi Richmond, I am hoping you will be able to make even small payments on your loan. You were doing so well for months, and I imagine something bad happened to keep you from paying in time. I wish you the best. Please communicate with your lenders so we know what is happening. Even if you pay back late, as long as you are making progress, then your lenders will have faith in you for future loans.
