About Me

hi
my name is leon omollo. i grew up in a town called siaya but now i live i n Nairobi. i work at the national youth development fund center as an intern at the moment. this is after brief spell working for CARE Kenya in siaya.
i am awaiting my graduation this December from maseno university. i cleared my studies in may this year. before that i was at saint Mary's high school where i sat for and passed my fourth form exams
i come from a family of six. one other brother with rest being girls. i am the third born of the family. i take great pride in my family.

My Business

hi,
currently i work at the youth enterprise development fund. i started working here in January and i have been here since. i earn a salary every month end and it is this money i will use to pay back the loan. i am also a partner in a gym. currently the profits we make in the gym business are reinvested into the business to increase the capital base and ensure its smooth running since its a new venture.

i trust that my salary will be sufficient to cover the loan repayment. looking forward to this.

Loan Proposal

hello,
i want open a butcher shop for the community. i have done my research and noted that a butcher shop in this community can do well. currently the nearest butchery for the estate is at the shopping center. bringing one nearby can carter for this demand.

the main costs for this business will be rent and purchasing the meat. i have identified a space where i will set up the business. i already have the money to purchase the meat and worked on a plan for delivery. i however need a boost with the initial two month rent. this is 70 dollars per month. i already have the equipment for start up but i need to secure the place for initial two month with a down payment 140 dollars.

looking forward to any assistance i get from here. THANKS in advance.

Hi team, this is to notify you of of my business progress and loan repayment progress as well. i successfully started a business through the loan amount i was awarded as requested and the business of the butchery kick started well as had planned. I hand a partner who had to relocate to another to another town. The management has been under me for quite some time now. I have had challenges with my business because my business associate pulled out of the business. i had to reorganize myself and reorganize the business as well hence i was not able to keep with on time repayment but its beginning to pick up so i will increase the installment once i'm stable. i apologize for these delays and inconveniences but i'll be up soon and get back on track. This is to request for new installment amount as i have stated reasons on the latter.

i appreciate the support i have been receiving from the team and always look up to cooperative relationship between us. This is a noble opportunity as it has enabled so many individuals like me to have something to rely on.

Once the business is stable i'll be able to keep up with the repayment and also be able to complete my installments in time so that i'm able to receive your continued support.

my business has not started making much profit as of yet. we are just finalizing the setting up the shop. we will be fully operational within a week. sorry for the inconvenience. i expected to be fully operational within a few days but due to unforeseen circumstances it has been slower than i expected. for example getting the labor to set up the sshop has not gone smoothly as expected. we have now acquired sufficient labor and are working on setting up the shop within a week. after that the business will begin to operate normally. my monthly salary is to assist me in repayment as the business picks up and it comes at the end of the moth i.e 30th September 2014
