About Me

I grew up and schooled in Nyamira County before moving to Kisii County for college education.Currently, iam based in Nakuru County
I have a great passion for rearing rabbit since child hood. My mother used to rear rabbits and i got inspired so much since it used to meet our school needs and we are what we are today because of that. I have moved a notch higher by not rearing for the sake of it but I'm doing this and i want to do this on a large scale where i want to initiate a parent stock for indigenous rabbit
my hobbies are swimming and making new friends

My Business

The business deals with sourcing, rearing/keeping of rabbit.
I decided to run this business to subsidize my salary. With the current economic situation , one cannot rely on salary alone.That is why i decided to start this business so that i can be able to support my family to the level i want.This is in terms of shelter, education for my children and as well be able to save enough for the future.This business is not costly as such since my focus is on indegenous rabbit. Also, i took up this business from the perspective that it is what i know well, understand well and that there is always a market for it.
The biggest challenge is disease which sometimes is unpredictable depending on what season.Secondly of course is feeds especially when there is government regulations and policies on import and export.This to a small farmer like me is a big challenge.

thanks zidisha team and lenders as well for a chance of loan when l get the money l will construct spacious structure at a cost of $60,l will also purchase feeds at a cost of $40,this will help me to ensure rabbits breed in conducive environment and be healthy hence increase in production that will in tun increase profit production
