4. Medication for my parent 2,000/=KES

Loan Proposal

The previous loan I took, I used to make desks. Because we starting new year, I will be admitting new pupils. I therefore intend to construct a premise for the new class I will be having next year. I be constructing an iron sheet house fitted inside with sideboard and cemented. I also need to make some furniture and a blackboard. I will also need to buy text books for smooth running of the school. The following is the breakdown of how I will use the loan:

Fifty iron sheet @$3=$150
Ten sideboards @$5=$50
One kg nail@$1=$1
Four bags of cement @$5=$20
One lorry of sand@$10= $10
Labour= $ 70

Total ----------$301

The $11 dollars on top I will raise from my savings.

When this project is implemented, the people staying around will have a nearby place that quality education is offered for their children. I will also hire about three employees, and I also sponsor around three pupils. The number of sponsorships will increase as we expand. As for I will increase my revenue, it will double what I have been getting.

Currently I have forty pupils. Each pay $3 per month totaling to $120.

Next year,I'm targeting 150 pupils @$4 totaling to $600.
So I will get a gross income of $ 480.

I'm going to have a total of four staff members each earning $100 totaling to $400. I will therefore have a net of $ 80. I trust God for growth in the near future.

This income I will use to fund my siblings education and take care of my parents. Any remaining amount is reinvested in the business.

Thanks a lot my lenders for being there for me always. This is the third time you have shown your commitment to funding entrepreneurs like us who wouldn't have owned businesses. I'm grateful.

I will immediately buy the iron sheets, the nails ,cement and side board which I'm going to use to build the business premises for my next year's work.

I will also engage a mason and carpenter who will start the work forthwith. Thank you so much.

I was supposed to make a payment of 4000 today, but on Friday I was duped in my line of business around 50000. I have tried to look for money from friends to no avail. I promise to sort out that problem this week by around Thursday. Kindly bear with me my lenders. I will not disappoint you

Samuel - That is a terrible event. If you need to I suggest you might want to reschedule your Zidisha repayments until you have recouped the losses. I'm sure we can wait, and if you reschedule you'll maintain a good repayment record.

Thats actually the way it should be,though i rescheduled my payment this week from my normal to 4000. This was due to the assurance i had of finish my loan, but the unfortunate happened. It is always not possible to reschedule your payment twice without making even the first payment of the new rate, nevertheless, i am going to pay that 4000 on 10th November, though i know this may be detrimental to my credit worthyness, but it was not deliberate,i t affected many areas of my life including rent payment of my business premises. Thank for understanding me and kindly bear with me my dear lenders. Thanks
