About Me

My name is John Osei Yaw. I was born on thursday that is why Yaw is part of my name. In my locality, We have respective names given to all the week days for both male and female. I from Domfete in The Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. I was born on 27th day of July,1988. My parents are Mr. and Mrs. Amateng. I attended school at Berekum Methodist School. When I completed the Senior High School, I didn't have any interest in education so I told my parents one morning that I want to enter into trading. Surprisingly, My parents accepted this idea and promised to support me achieve this goal. I was given a based capital of $350 to start. I sell new and second hand shoes for both sexes.

My Business

I started my business with little over$350 which was given to me by my parents. I sell new and second hand shoes in my shop. Because I packaged my collections well, people always buy from my shop ,it has not been displayed in an open space but I have arranged it in types and sizes and age groups. So people always buy from my shop ,my prices are also moderate .I chose this type of business because it does not have an expiring date, cost involve is not much and the profit is also encouraging. I earn at least $40 to $50 a week. I use some of my profit to support my family and paying utilities as well.

Loan Proposal

First and foremost, I would like to thank you so very much for helping me in my business progress with the loan which I have finish repaying on time. Again, I want to convert my small scale provisions shop into a mordenday supermarket. This major business turn will surely move my daily profit marginswith about 60% incremental jump.
