My name is Doreen Kambura. I hail from Tharaka county, Easter region of republic of Kenya. I went Gakirwe primaru school and later joined Kithetu Girls' High school in Meru county. I live in Nakuru county where I intend to operate a cosmetics shop.
In life hardships are bound to come. Personally I overcome challenges through acceptance and going for best available solution .This in turn helps me to achieve important goals. I started a business after school. While I was in school , I used to make other students' hair for money. This encouraged me to start a home based salon which I converted to a business. In the land where I live the unique thing about it is that people take each other as a brother/sister and we celebrate the achievement of one another at the same time helping one another in time of need.My children want to great business people in future. My hobby is to make new friends.Through this I am able to share what could help others and I also gain from them.
I want to provide cosmetics to ladies in Free Area and the rest of Nakuru county. The goods are unique in that ladies like to be excellent.I chose this business because where we are, we dont such provisions.
My topical cost will be about 50,000KES since I will get 10% of this in my first loan, I will have a revenue of about 2,000 KES.
I will use the profit to increase my capital.
Once I get the loan, I will human hair, hair food and combs at a cost of 4 DOLLARS.
The remaining amount will be used for the rent.
The benefits from this loan is that I will get a wider market and at the same time expand my establishment.
I expect my profit to increase by 50%
