About Me

my name is miriam mwende. I come from kenya a place called makueni. i completed my school in 2014. I enrolled for a beauty course where i studied basic in cosmetics. I come from a humble background but that has not hindered me from achieving my dreams. Despite the fact that my parents are peasant farmers, i have been able to struggle along and get basic education which has enabled me to start a small business. I started my business from small savings which i was given as pocket money when i was still in college. The uniqueness in my country is that we are very much hospitable people.

My Business

I have started a cosmetic shop where is sell cosmetics. The business is 6 months old now and so far its fairing good. My services have high demand since back here, ladies use cosmetics alot. I had passion in beauty and thats why i decided to venture into the business.
My cost for the business ranges between50 USD-100 USD with an expected return of upto 40%. i use the profit to restock my business and also for my personal upkeep.

Loan Proposal

I will purchase cosmetics for my salon. These includes, lotions, jelly and weaves.
this will cost at least 300 usd. i will add the remaining amount from the business saving.
In return, i will be able to save time of going to the market frequently and in return have more time committed to my clients
