About Me

Am a kenyan aged 30yrs of age. I was born and raised up in Laikipia County. I started Schooling in a Primary School and later joined Secondary School. After Completing my Secondary education my ambition was to join a university and do Business management but couldint join since my Parents Couldint afford Paying the huge amount of money needed. I Started small businesses e.g Hawking,Selling fresh Farm Produce. With this I Could Sustain my Financial needs and even paid for College education nd did a Diploma Course in Agri Bussiness and management. Currently I Practise Farming of Fresh Produce and Daily Farming that I do sell the Produce Locally.

My Business

My main source of income is mainly from farming. I Practise Small Scale farming. This inlude growing of French beans,Kales,Cabbages and Tomatoes. The Markets do vary from time to time, due to Climatical Conditions,High influx of the Commodities in our Local Markets making it hard to get good Profits. At times the demand is Low while there is a high Supply. All in all I am happy with it since it Sustains my basic needs. Monthly I earn a total of 5000kshs . In addition I have managed to buy 1 daily Cow that gives me 4-5 ,Litres of milk Daily which I do sell at an average of 40 kshs locally.

Loan Proposal

In my agri business I feel an Urge to boost my Crop and Daily farming. With Crops I have a 1/4 of an accre I am Currently attending to which Complises of French beans. This Crop needs adequet Spraying with Pesticides since they are highly Vulnerable to many Pests and Pest attributed diseases. It needs enough Financial ability so that it can give good yields which are quite Marketable. This will cost me 300kshs. With the remainder I Plan to boost my Daily farming through buying some Bren and some Maize jamms which make the Daily Cow give produce more milk. If well administered my Cow can improve from the Current 4-5,Litres of milk to nearly 6-7 Litres of milk daily.
