About Me

I grew up in christian based family and from a humble background, challenges in life have made me learn a lot of thinks and even facing issues as they come. i am a determined person and focus on all the goals i strive to achieve, i am a higher diploma holder in human resource management and a diploma holder in business administration and currently enrolling for a degree program in B COM. being a trained technical teacher and subsequent employment in private sector as a tutor, i managed to raise some funds to star up a books shop. the business was able to pick since the surrounding community treasure education so much and 99% of the population are literate. my hobby is reading and watching movies and currently am planning of setting up a private library for research.

My Business

the business offers goods like text books, exercise books, novels and many mores, services include printing and photocopying services among others.
the above products are in demand since the business is located in place where there are a lot of schools staring from preparatory schools up to colleges and these have boosted the demand for my products.i decided to venture in this kind of business because i value education and i wish to ensure that every person within my community
have knowledge and advance in learning. the business is able to raise a profit of between Ksh. 5,000-15,000 per week depending with the sales of the week, these profit is ploughn back to the business for development.

Loan Proposal

other than a book shop also do own a cybercafe next to my bookshop and recently i have noticed that towards end of the year demand for cyber and basic computer packages literacy is high as many learner will have closed school. with this loan i am planing to purchase some additional four computers going at ksh. 11,500 each total cost will be ksh. 46,000, with this additional computers i will be able to train additional of 20 learner per day with session of 2 hrs intervals for computer packages and this equals to five sessions per day.
this will enable me earn ksh. 80,000 per month since the charges will be ksh. 4,000 for the packages and the program will run for at most one month per learner.
This initiative will equip the community member with basic computer knowledge as they will also have time to do research from the cybercafe. the profit margin is expected to increase by at least 70%. am looking forward for your support
