About Me

I started farming in the year 2012 while in the University as a passion. I bought one cow through my savings and with time i realized it could be a business venture when it calved and people bought milk hence i decided to invest in dairy farming.Through the sale of milk i was able to purchase one more cow and built a cow shed.I have two cows now and a calf, i earn money through sale of milk daily to regular customers and my dream is to own a large dairy farm so as to create employment and provide milk and other dairy commodities which are useful in our day to day lives. my hobbies are listening to music, playing soccer, reading novels, traveling, socializing and cooking.

My Business

My business setting is in an urban area where milk is on high demand and most people especially who have infants prefer it hence it is a major boost to my business. in farming their are alot of risks especially diseases which can lead to death if not prevented or treated on time, feeds are also costly. My monthly is 35USD but when i deduct feeds, veterinary services am left with very little cash for expanding my business. if my loan is approved i will use it to buy more healthy feeds so as to increase milk production, build a better cow shed and a calf pen so as to help in disease control and pests especially during the cold seasons, buy milking equipments. Have been able to raise funds to facilitate my business this far and what is remaining i believe can be covered by this loan. kindly consider my proposal as it is the key to fulfillment of my dreams

Loan Proposal

Am requesting for financial assistance in my dairy project. i will use 15usd in buying timber and iron sheets to build a milking unit and a calf pen. 20usd will be used to pay for animal insurance at a local insurance company,so that in-case one of my cow dies i can get maximum compensation. 10usd will be used to buy calf feeds and food supplements to as to increase its immune system enabling it to have an healthy life. 7usd will be used in the purchase of milk storage cans so as milk preservation and handling will be more hygienic. your help will highly be of benefit to me and the society at large.
