My name is Virginia Wanjiru Kilonzo and a resident of Nakuru county.am married with seven children who are in various schools, and colleges here in Nakuru. After competing my primary school education l was not lucky to join secondary school due to lack of school fees as my parents were farmers and struggled to make ends meet.l was employed as a waitress in one of the hotels in town but when l got married l started dairy farming business since it was more reliable and the income was good.l use the income to support my family and l am a active member of my local church.
the dairy business i s good here in Nakuru due to the high population of nakuru town.l have three dairy cows that l milk an average of forty liters per day.l sell the milk to my neighbours and a local co-operative society at ks 30 per liter.this enables me to have to have ks 30,000 as net profit.when the cows are properly taken care of there is minimum chance of them being sick which may affect the production of milk.if advanced with the loan l will be able to buy another dairy cow hence increasing the production of milk.
Dear all, am deeply humbled for having come this far.God bless you for the good job that you are doing of improving our lives.am a dairy farmer and have cows that l milk and sell milk.if advanced with the loan l will be able to add another milking cow so as to increase the production of the milk and be able to make more sales.God bless you.
