About Me

I am a twenty three year old Kenyan citizen. I come from a family of three girls and I'm the last born. My two sisters, twins, Pauline and Wangari, are twenty eight years old.

I am a model and events organizer. I work under tru blaq entertainment and also I manage my own events during the weekends. Apart from that, I am a fashion designer and currently running my shop whereby I deal mostly with female clothes.
I hold a certificate in customer service training, diploma in fashion and design, and currently pursuing a degree on the same on part time basis.
I decided to start my own fashion and design shop after seeing the loophole n the business.Mostly target lades between the age of 12 to 35, though also any age over or below the limit also is catered for.
I purchase clothes from a variety of markets and also I have two tailors that I have employed to cater for designs that suit our customers needs.

My Business

I am involved in three jobs at the same time. Modelling, tru blaq entertainment and my fashion's and design shop by the name Ree Anne's Clothing Line.
As I mentioned earlier, I deal with female clothes. There is high demand for my clothes as I come up with the latest and trendy clothing line hence I have a wide customer base. I started my business after getting capital from my savings from my two other current jobs, that is, at Tru blaq entertainment and Nairobi Modelling Agency.
My customers are indeed loyal to me because i deliver as promised and produce the best clothing line n Nairobi. I have a vision that in the next two to five years, my fashion and design shops will be everywhere in my country Kenya.
with my three jobs, repaying my loan will be very convenient and I hope that i will grow with Zidisha.

Loan Proposal

Dear Lender, I am grateful for your continued support. I have just secured an order to make "Vitenges" which are basically African clothes especially those worn by people from West Africa, Nigeria.
I will use the loan to purchase the materials needed which include the fabric used to make them at Ksh. 10,000.
Ksh. 2000 will purchase needles and some ribbons.
Ksh. 3000 will be used to purchase lining fabric and the rremaining Ksh .2000 will be used to purchase ready made fabrics that are normally placed on the shoulders to blend with the kitenge. (Plural "Vitenge" and singular "Kitenge"
