My business collapsed and as a result, my income has been tremendously been affected. I have thus relied on farming and casual labour that has snot been reliable at all. It is my hope that with this new installment, i will try as much as i can to service this loan within the stipulated time frame.
    Thanks and God bless.
    Yours John Mburu.

    Dear Lenders,

my name is Roberta Zenere and I am a Kenya Country Liaison Intern at Zidisha. Within this role, I am coordinating the Zidisha's MPESA team, responsible for processing loan repayments and disbursements.

Today, while reviewing our accounts, I noticed that two loan repayments received bt Mr Mburu were not registered in his loan profile:
    - 2,300 KES (27.47 USD) sent on May, 17
    - 4,000 KES (47.76 USD) sent on April, 17

We have now credited these amount in his current repayment schedule. Mr Mburu, we are sorry for this inconvenience and we wish you all the best with your business!

    Best regards,

    Roberta
    Zidisha Team

My business was affected by having similar businesses opened around. I also had one of my children being admitted in form one. I do promise that by the end of the two months grace period offered, i will have sorted myself out and be able to service my loan as required. I greatly apologize for this hicap. I hope it woun't happen again.
    Thanks and God bless you.
