About Me

My name is Muchere Muita and am second born in a family of seven members.l reside in wanyororo area with my family and am a farmer.l ventured into farming business after completing high school and my parents were not in a position of paying my college fees.however life had to go on and started by rearing rabbits in the year 1996. the business did not pick up due to lack of market by the time.later l ventured into dairy farming since the demand for milk is high.the income l get enables me to take care of my family and be resourceful in the society.

My Business

am engaged in farming business and is very profitable only when done with a lot of seriousness. l normally sell milk to a local co-operative society in our area. l have three dairy cows and sell like 50 liters of milk daily. normally l do not incur much in terms of expenses since l graze the cows in my own farm. This gives me an average of ks 40,000 per month because there is high demand for milk due to the high population in Nakuru town. l also do farm maize at least twice per year.l want to venture into rabbit keeping since there is a lot of demand for white meat and if advanced with the loan l will be able to start the business because l will be able to expand my business.

Loan Proposal

dear lenders am so greatful to zidisha organization for giving me this chance to join lenders all over the world. am so happy. with this first loan, am going to buy a very good high breed dairy feeds to my one localy cow. this food will enable me to get much more milk from my dairy cow. the milk will help my childrean and the rest will be sold to the nearby company. thanks so much all my lenders
