About Me

my name is mourien njeri waithira.i am married with 2 children, 1 is in std 2 and the second in nursery school,i live in kiptagwanyi center where i have a boutique.about my education, i completed my secondary education and score c-,but lack of fund made me not to go on in education so i decide to be married because at last that is the way to go. after i was married my husband is a teacher and i decided to have something that i can do to help my husband ,so we decide that i can have a boutique because i have experience in this business as my mum do also this business.when i started i didn't know that it can even give me enough money even to buy a plot but that is what happen, i was able to buy it with the support of my husband salary.also the earning from this business help my husband to pay for my children education and also i am able to pay for electricity .i am also planing to build a house in my plot where we can leave without paying rent like now, also i help my younger brother to go to college , i was able to help my parent in that way because we were born 7 children and my father pass away living my mum with this children , so i am suppose to help him

my business entail in cloth boutique in this town,the business is profitable and the demand of my product is high in the area because many young people know that i got their design which thy prefer to wear,also where i get my product i get with fair price that make me also sell in fair price to my customers.also i have introduced in my boutique ready made school uniform thus to pull also parent who have children in school, this made my business profitable as many people rush when the school is opening and many tailor business people get many order at one time that made them very busy not to complete the work, but in my business even a parent can come in the day when the children is going to school and pick the size of her children without any delay or promise to came tomorrow. the main challenge is luck of fund to stock my boutique to expectation of my customers ,poor road in this area in the rainy season, also high cost of commodity in the market where i get my product.high cost of electricity and many challenges like high tax
