About Me

I am a 23 year old Male Kenyan citizen. I am the second born in a family of four children. I live in Thika, Makongeni Estate- Phase 6. Plot Number A7, House number 22. From Thika White Line Matatu Stage, take a Matatu to Makongeni. Alight from a stage known as Polysack. From there, walk 100 metres straight to Saint Mulumba Hospital. Opposite the entrance of the hospital, you'll find the plot where I live in. Plot Number A7, house number 22
I am a second hand clothes dealer in Thika. I started my business after clearing my high school education. This is because my brothers and sisters were in the business and I used to work with them when not in school. This led me to have passion in the business as I understood it well and it did make good returns.
Apart from business, I am pursuing Automotive Engineering from Thika Training Technical School. Currently I am in first year.

My Business

I am a second hand clothes dealer in Thika.
I provide a range of clothes ranging from men, women to children. I ensure that the whole family gets the clothes all under one roof and this has mande me very popular in Thika as not only do I offer quality clothes but even I allow my customers to place orders via my telephone number and soon enough online via my website that is soon to be launched.
In Thika, there are various clothes shop but what makes me stand out despite the competition is also the fact that being a young entrepreneur many people appreciate the fact that I have ventured into a business where it's perceived to require a lot of capital. I started with just a bale of clothes and now I have grown to own my own stall and soon I want to expand my business in other major towns in the country including our capital city Nairobi.
The business is profitable as within a month on average I get Ksh. 25000 profit but on very good month, profit can go as high as Ksh. 40,000 especially during festive seasons like April and December.
The risks include hike in license fees and theft but I'm glad that our County Government is doing all it can to eradicate or minimize the risks us as business men face.

Loan Proposal

Dear Lenders,
I will use the loan granted by you in the following criteria: Ksh. 10,000 which is equivalent to around $121 to purchase a bale of clothes from Gikomba Market in Nairobi.
The remaining Ksh. 1700 equivalent to around $21 I will use it to cater for polythene bags that I use to put the clothes they purchase from my stall. The bags will be branded using my stall's name.
Please accept my proposal. Thanks.

    Dear Lenders,
I have been repaying attributed to my percentage in repaying.
I will immediately send some cash just that business was hit hard after the blast in Gikomba Market days ago.
Please bear with us who collect clothes, shoes and other stuff from Gikomba Market.

So sorry to hear you were affected by the blast at Gikomba. But you started lagging in payment longer before the blast. And your change of mentors is suspect. Hope it does not turn out to be what I think. Wish you well and no offence at all

I changed my mentor because he is near unlike before, hence easily accessible.
I have already began my repayment process so I don't see what is suspect there.

I am very sorry to my lenders, this guy lied to me that he had sent the money. I have been trying to call him this morning but he is not picking his calls. Will explore other options of getting to him. I am so sorry for having been used to lie. He did not sent the money bcoz since that time it should have reflected and now he does not pick my calls
