About Me

I live in Kiptangwanyi shopping center which is approximately 43km from Nakuru town. Nakuru town is our nearest major town within this area. I am married with two children. I live in plot number 23A at the shopping center where I carry out my business with my family. My business entails buying and selling of milk at the shopping center. I purchase milk from farmers and later resell it to other residents within the shopping center at a profit.

My Business

My business entails purchasing and selling of milk from farmers and later reselling it. The business is profitable as the demand for milk is high . The main challenges that this business encounters are lack of finance to expand the business, drought which affects the production of milk resulting in acute shortages.

Loan Proposal

Dear Lenders,
I would like to use my first Zidisha loanthat I will get from Zidsha organization to, First I would like to purchase a modern refrigerator. This will be very useful as I will be able to store my milk without much worry of it going bad. This will also be important as I will assure my customers of getting fresh milk most of the times. Secondly, I would like to buy more milk churns for storing and distributing milk to my customers within and out of the shopping center.

Selling Charcoal is not selling milk. You have mis-represented your Business to me--one of your lenders. Please pay your loan back so I can lend to someone honest.

Isn't it amazing that the most vociferous
complainers are the ones who make
    $1.00 donations...

hear hear, qt9988! i think we can probably forget about any further repayments in this particular case, which is very disappointing - but I am just as disappointed by the lack of useful input either from Mr Nganga's volunteer mentor (who it seems is "mentoring" quite a number of late-/non-payers, by the way), or from Zidisha staff....
