I live in Kiptangwanyi shopping center which is approximately 42km from Nakuru town. Nakuru town is our nearest major town within this area. I am single. I live in plot number 2391 where I operate my business. I operate a hardware at the shopping centre. There are few hard-wares in this shopping center. I supply most of building and construction materials to constructors in this area. I collect most of my supplies from Nairobi where I obtain them at a relatively cheaper price compared to my competitors who get them from Nakuru town. The business is well established and I have many customers within the shopping center.
My business entails a hardware that I operate at the shopping center. There was high demand for these products and the supply was very low initially prompting me to start the business. The main challenges that this business encounter are lack of enough capital to expand the business, poor roads especially during the rainy season and fluctuation of prices every now and then. I supply most of building and construction materials to constructors in this area.
Dear Lenders,
I would like to use my loan to expand my business by adding more building and construction materials in my hardware. I will also like to expand the room in which I operate my business because the one I am operating in is small and I have to squeeze most of my commodities in the room. I am hoping to improve my business with this loan and be able to provide betters services to my customers.
