About Me

I am a married businessman living in Kiptangwanyi shopping center. Kiptangwanyi shopping center is about 45 kilometers from Nakuru town where we do most of our shopping and also administrative issues. I live in plot number 307 at the shopping center house number one. I have two children who are in school. I operate a tailoring shop at the shopping center and usually rely wholly on this business in order to feed and also meet the basic needs of my family. I also pay school fees of my family from this business. My family assists me in farming and the produce we get from the farm is consumed by the family thus reducing the demand for purchasing food. I make clothes from materials which I sell as ready made and I also do repair worn out clothes at a fee. This business is good as there are no many tailoring shops at the shopping center. I have also many customers of school uniforms for both the primary and secondary schools. I am also teaching my wife how to make clothes and repair with an aim of improving manpower at my business.. During the months of April, August and December, the business is good because of the holidays.

My Business

I am a married businessman living with my wife and one kid in Kiptangwanyi shopping center. I live in plot number 307 at the shopping center house number one. I operate a tailoring shop at the shopping center and usually rely wholly on this business in order to feed and also meet the basic needs of my family. I also pay school fees of my family from this business. My family assists me in farming. I make clothes from materials which I sell as ready made and I also do repair worn out clothes at a fee. This business is good as there are no many tailoring shops at the shopping center. I have also many customers of school uniforms for both the primary and secondary schools. Thus the market for these services is always high. During the months of April, August and December, the business is good because of the holidays. I make clothes for wedding also which are very profitable although this kind of opportunity comes after a while. Many of my customers have always sought to come back because of the good service that I offer.

Loan Proposal

Dear Lenders,
Thank you all lenders and Zidisha organization for this precious opportunity. I would like to use this loan that I will get from the organization to purchase a new modern sewing machine for my business. The one I am using is old and thus it is not that efficient. This I know will improve my business for the better.
