About Me

My name is Seynabou Yade. I live in Parcelles and I have three children, a daughter and two sons who are in their second year of middle school. I live with my family; my husband does not work but my daughter helps me at work and takes care of the chores.
Since the beginning I have always worked as a caterer, everyone in the neighborhood knows me as a caterer and that works for me.
I grew up in villages at my grandparents' place; my father was a renowned tradesman, as was my mother, but I have always liked the catering business because I love cooking.

My Business

I have lived in my neighborhood for nearly 15 years with my family. Before, I used to cook for ceremonies: when there was a baptism, I would be paid by people to cook for them, and I did that for many years. However, now that I am older, I changed and purchased a large table that can accommodate 15 people. I have two tables like that, and I put them in front of my house. That way I do not have to pay a rent, and I prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Thank god, clients come from everywhere.
However, there are a lot of expenses, I have to go to the market the day before, certain clients pay within a 15 day term or at the end of the month. As a result, it can be difficult to manage expenses, which is why I am asking Zidisha for a loan to better manage orders.

About Me

Je m’appelle seynabou yade j’habite à parcelles, j’ai 3 enfants, une fille et deux garçons qui font la classe de 5ème secondaire. Je loge avec ma famille, mon mari ne travaille pas mais ma grande fille m’aide dans le travail et s’occupe du travail ménager.
Depuis ma naissance je travaille dans mon coin comme restauratrice, tout le quartier me connait par ce métier et j’y trouve mon compte.
Grandit dans les villages chez mes grands parents, mon père était un grand commerçant de renommé et ma mère aussi mais moi j’ai toujours aimé le métier de restauration car j’aimais faire la cuisine.

My Business

Depuis presque 15ans suis dans le quartier avec ma famille et avant je cuisiner pour les cérémonies quand y a baptême on me paie et je cuisine pour eux et je l’ai fais plusieurs années mais avec l’âge j’ai changé en achetant une grande table qui peut contenir 15 personnes j’en ai deux et je l’ai mis devant ma maison comme ca je ne paie pas de loyer et je prépare le petit déjeuner, déjeuner et le diner mais dieu merci la clientèle vient de partout.
Mais les dépenses sont chers et il faut faire le marché la veuille et y a des clients qui paient la fin du mois d’autre la quinzaine de ce fait dés fois c’est difficile de gérer la dépense et sur ce je sollicite à zidisha un prêt pour mieux gérer mes commandes.
