About Me
My parents are Touareg from the department of Abalak. They are nomads and artisans at the same time. My father makes jewels and my mother and my older sisters make products out of leather and skin such as purses, key rings, pockets, etc. But I live in Niamey, I have attended primary school. I have decided to start a business to meet the needs of my family and myself. With the money of this loan I plan to buy the materials I need for my work such as iron, a hammer, files, needles and the iron to make knives and paper cutters which will bring me a lot of money.
My Business
I work in the Musée National du Niger, I make artisans products from Niger such as jewels, knives and paper cutters. There is a demand because the national museum is the only one in niger and it is a place you may not miss because there are many animals such as lions, hippopotamus, crocodiles and monkeys. Our clients prefer the service at the museum because it's quality work and we give a warm welcome. Our business is profitable because it is very well known. The monthly costs and revenues depend on the orders. The benefits can be huge.
Loan Proposal
As soon as I receive the money of my loan, I will go to the market in Katoko and I will first of all buy iron, bronze, copper, and a soldering iron. This is all that I need to produce small knives. These knives are very popular with our local population. This loan will change my life.
