I called Careen's number which was picked by her husband, who explained to me that Careen has been making payments towards her loan, however the amounts have not been credited to her account.

I asked whether Careen has tried writing to the Zidisha staff and the husband responded that Careen is already in contact with the Zidisha staff over the issue.
