    Good morning,thanks a lot for your quick response.I send there money to there account on 12th,may and i have been sending to them the messages since 13th,may and they have never responded to any of my messages.Thanks a lot for your concern and i will be very glad when they return my money back.God bless you.

      Thanks a lot Laurie for your kind help, may God bless you so much.It is my prayer that Julia will look at my case seriously because that money i was given by somebody for the school fees of my kids and up to now they are at home because i have no other money to pay for them.Thanks a lot and have a blessed time.

        Hello Julia,thanks for you feedback, but the help message page is not opening.I need your assistance please.I told you earlier that the money was meant to pay school fees for my kid and up to date she is at home.I don't know exactly what you want because i send you the money by mistake, and the transaction is NECOUU4M40.ksh 4,400 sent to Zidisha Inc.for account 0726635862 on 12/5/19 at 12;27pm.So if you received my money and i don't have your loan,then i don't know why it is taking time to return my money back.

Hi this is Hellen, it's long since I communicated but am okey.am writing this letter due to the message I received from you last night,telling me that I have a loan of 1340,but to me I think I had cleared all my loan. you had been supportive but I had to pause abit from applying another loan because I was struggling to pay. so I would like that you counter check again and get my name cleared before going ahead and putting my name in crb as you had indicated earlier in your letter. thanks Hellen.

Greetings, am happy to hear from you again and am grateful to hear that you're still thinking and praying for my business. yes sometimes its very challenging when the sales are very low and there are bills to pay, because it doesn't matter whether you are making money or not. but I thank God for this far the support and advices that you give me. I didn't consider the idea of selling the diapers as you had advised because the area I live people are mixed up meaning that not many who are well up so very few can afford to buy the because according to the research I did, I realized many of them use napkins instead. the other thing which I was thinking about or rather to do besides products is to sell foodstuffs like rice cereals.though this needs a higher capital to start.but I will check on what else to include.my prices are not low only that there a lot of competition in these products I do sell to my neighbors only that atfer buying they take long to buy again. we normally budget but sometimes it goes higher than the savings. but in everything I thank God for this far and also zidisha for in it I have grown not the way I was when I was starting. thanks so much and God bless you Hellen.

Greetings Hellen, James here. It's been awhile since I have written, but be assured that you and your business are on my mind and in my prayers every day. Business does have it's low times, slow sales, etc. My business had such times every year, and usually about the same time. My business was not in selling products, we were a service type company. When business is slow then income is low. When your business is slow all you can do is wait till it picks up again, visit your customers and see if they need to reorder, try to get more customers by visiting new places and giving a card and sample, add new products to sell. Besides visiting those new business places, do you sell to your neighbors around you? Also are you charging enough for your products? It could be that your profit margin is too low, and so low income. Perhaps you need to raise you prices a little. Have you thought anymore about selling the diapers? I see you have missed paying on your loan. Perhaps you need to save more of your profits to make the weekly payments. I know we all have living expenses, and unexpected emergencies happen too. Also you have to buy supplies to make the products, or resell products if you buy them wholesale. Perhaps you have had more expenses than usual, and that does happen sometimes. Perhaps you and your husband can make some kind of budget if you don't already have one, total income devided into living expenses, business supplies to buy, loan repayment, savings account if possible, etc. Consider selling new items if possible, like the diapers, or paper supplies. What kind of businesses are around you that use other kinds of products that you can buy wholesale and then resell to them (like you would with the diapers)? Greetings Hellen, this is James again. It has been awhile since I have written but that doesn't mean that I haven't been thinking about you and your business. I go to sleep thinking about peoples businesses, after my prayers of course. Anyway, with what I know about your business as of this date, I have been wondering if any of the items you are selling could possibly be used by hotels, janitorial businesses, barber shops, beauty salons, eating places, the police department, etc. Your items that I am thinking about are the cleaning supplies, the soaps, the detergents, or whatever cleaning products you make. All the above mentioned places need cleaning supplies. They all have latrines, lavatories to be cleaned. Eating places also have a kitchen that needs cleaning. The janitorial businesses need cleaning supplies to do their business. There may be a few of the above mentioned places close to you and all you have to do is go there and ask, talk to them about being their supplier. Give a free sample if possible. Keep a list of the businesses you visited, the person in charge that you talked with, and the results, any items they want, etc. Every business needs cleaning supplies of some kind, even if only a broom and dustpan or a bucket and mop. Be sure to have your business card and your items list when visiting them. If they seem to be interested but have not given you a for sure yes or no, then visit them again in a week or so.
